Last, but not least, we have the third and final Phantom story from issue #39, "The Silent Thieves". Apparently, in the early 1970's, Bangalla was the go-to spot for ex-Nazi's on the run. Bad choice, Heinrich, The Ghost Who Walks has no patience for Fascism!
